Essential Life Skills Training

A Fresh Start for Young Adults: In today’s fast-paced world, many young adults face challenges that traditional education and support systems aren’t equipped to address. Whether they’re living in group homes, transitional housing, or simply disconnected from school and work, these youth deserve a second chance — and a solid foundation to build their future.

What Is ELST?

ELST is a comprehensive life-prep and workforce readiness program designed specifically for young adults aged 16–24 who are navigating life without consistent support. The program offers a structured, empowering pathway to help participants gain critical life skills, prepare for employment or college and move toward long-term independence.

Through a mix of interactive workshops, personal reflection, mentorship, and hands-on learning, ELST helps young people turn setbacks into stepping stones.

Our Mission

To equip young adults with the essential skills, confidence and direction needed to transition successfully into education, work and independent living.

Our Vision
