HELPING YOUTH, FAMILIES & COMMUNITIES NAVIGATE WHAT’S NEXT

At N The Meantime, we help people navigate transitions with confidence, purpose and practical support. Through youth development, workforce readiness, housing stability & family engagement, we create opportunities that empower those we serve and strengthen communities.

We understand that navigating education, career pathways, family responsibilities, financial stability and life transitions can often feel overwhelming without the right support and connections.

  • Equipping students and families with the tools, guidance, and exposure needed to navigate educational pathways, career opportunities, and future goals with clarity and confidence.

  • Helping families stay connected to trusted resources, informed guidance, and supportive networks that encourage long-term stability, growth, and opportunity.

  • Connecting individuals and families to community-based support, resource navigation, and essential services that strengthen household stability and overall quality of life.

  • Collaborating with schools, organizations, community leaders, and families to create impactful experiences, strengthen relationships, and expand opportunities across the community.

READY. SET. BECOME.

Ready • Set • Become is N The Meantime's signature summer transition experience designed to help students confidently navigate life's most important educational milestones.

For more than a decade, N The Meantime has supported youth and families through mentorship, leadership development, workforce readiness, educational enrichment, and life-skills programming. Ready • Set • Become builds upon that legacy by providing students with practical tools, meaningful connections, and confidence as they prepare for their next chapter.

Each experience is intentionally designed as 1 week cohorts to address the academic, social, emotional, and leadership challenges that often accompany transitions into middle school, high school, and college.

This is more than a summer program. It is a transformational experience that combines mentorship, wellness, leadership development, real-world preparation, exposure opportunities, and personal growth in a supportive and engaging environment.

Students leave with greater confidence, stronger decision-making skills, meaningful peer connections, and a personalized roadmap for success.

VIRTUAL SUMMER CAMP AFTER DARK

N The Meantime's Virtual Summer Camp After Dark: Essential Life Skills Training (ELST) is a comprehensive, outcomes-based Life Skills and Mentorship Program designed to bridge the gap between adolescence and adulthood by helping young people develop the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills needed to thrive in school, work, relationships, and everyday life.

Designed for youth and young adults ages 14–24, this engaging virtual experience supports participants as they prepare for their next chapter—whether that includes high school success, college, trade school, entrepreneurship, workforce development, independent living, or personal growth.

Through interactive virtual workshops, mentorship, guided discussions, real-world application, and small-group learning experiences, participants gain access to valuable tools, resources, and support systems that promote long-term success both personally and professionally.
